Cactus Logo Animation

Our client asked us to create a fun memorable caracter that would spotlight this newspaper. They had some sketches, a few ideas and a sound file.
This is what we came up with.

The cactus was modeled in Wings. The spikes in LW using Random Cloner. The newspaper in A:M. The cactus material and the ground are both Darktrees. It all came together into Messiah Studio for the final animation/rendering.

Pterosaur

This is the Pterosaur model Joe Cosman modeled for our eggprops model library a little while back. I just dug it back out, dusted it off a little and re-staged it. I think it turned out quite nice.
